Each GRAYLING piece is handcrafted in Portland, Oregon, USA from the finest materials available. The entire line is designed to be lightweight and comfortable to wear. Ear wires on all earring styles are allergy-free and tested for sensitivity. Materials included chandelier-grade crystal, genuine quartz, agate and pyrite stones. High-quality brass, silver, and aluminum chains in distressed finishes are incorporated into our designs.
No two stones are the same; each agate or piece of crystal has naturally occurring variations.
Every grayling item is guaranteed against defects, and we stand behind what we sell.
Please contact us if you need something repaired. Minor repairs are usually simple, and will be executed within seven (7) days of receipt. Major repairs may take longer; we will do our best to fix your item as soon as possible. Please note, if we are replacing a broken stone, exact matches are very difficult.
We do not generally charge for repairs. However, if your piece needs to be rebuilt from scratch (due to excessive wear and tear, for instance) we will contact you to discuss an appropriate fee.
If you believe your item may have a defect, please contact us and we will ship a replacement immediately, at no additional charge.
